| 摘 要： | 在我国改革开放、实现四个现代化的过程中 ,城市化过程明显加速 ,犯罪问题也迅速严重起来。这种情况是由多种原因共同决定的。要保证我国城市化过程中社会治安的基本稳定 ,必须做好间接的和直接的犯罪控制工作。

| Abstract: | In the course of reform, opening up to the outside world and achieving the four modernizations, the process of urbanization speeds up obviously, and crime problem is becoming more serious at a great speed.It is so because of a Combined effort of a great uariety of causes. The work on indirect and direct crime control should be done appropriately in order to ensure the stability of public order. |
