Discussion on the Scope of Application of Commission-mediation System

The scope of application is ambiguous because of the absence of the relevant legislation,which has not only resulted in confusion of judicial practice but also hindered the function of the system.In order to promote the pluralistic mechanism of dispute resolution running harmoniously and efficiently,the legal norm of the scope of application of commission-mediation system should be perfected according to its own functions and features of mediation and on the base of practical experiences.
