| Abstract: | Developing democracy,guaranting the people's basic rights,In order to improve the livelihood of the people to provide the important safeguard.Improvement livelihood of the people,also develops the democracy intrinsic request.The improvement livelihood of the people,we can have the true democracy.The development democracy and the improvement livelihood of the people unify to constructs harmonious social in the middle of the process.Two is the relations which complements one another,mutually depends on for existence. |
