| 摘 要： | 应格林纳达民族民主大会党、多米尼克工党、哥斯达黎加民族解放党、阿根廷正义党等四国执政党的邀请，中共中央委员、中共中央对外联络部部长王家瑞率中共代表团于2009年3月2—11日对上述四国进行了友好访问。2008年年底和2009年年初，中国国家主席胡锦涛和副主席习近平先后成功访问拉美，提出了构筑并加强平等互利、共同发展的中拉全面合作伙伴关系的方针。
