| Abstract: | Our country has already been developed into market economy from planned economy, so the traditional work patterns of public security men must make transition. In order to realize the transition, the most basic one is to establish the firm aim view, positive steady view , strategic view , scientific management view , correct image view and practical achievements view ,etc. With such scientific developing view, the transition can be advanced. |
