| Abstract: | We must have a good debate about the successful experience and the idea on development of the association of the regional trade union according to the real situation of the regional development and the characteristics of the high - tech enterprise. They are the part assignments of regional association to maximize the function of the trade union to extend the working coverage of the trade union, develop the enterprise, to protect the workers＇ rights, and stabilize the society. |
