| 摘 要： | 蚁族现象是当前社会各界广泛关注和研究的一个问题。这些研究和关注多侧重于他们的生存状态和心理状况,缺乏如何开展蚁族群体思想政治教育工作的探讨。本文在明确蚁族思想政治教育工作管理体制核心的基础上,探讨了蚁族的思想政治教育工作管理机构的建立和健全,通过分析认为:现代媒介特别是计算机网络宣传,应成为我们开展蚁族思想政治教育工作的第一载体。
