| 摘 要： | 本文对北京市顺义区人民检察院近三年来在公诉阶段公安机关撤回案件的情况进行包括数字统计和典型案例在内的实证分析研究,发现了公安机关撤案中存在的诸多问题和原因,并对这一系列问题提出了完善和解决的办法。
