快递诈骗违法犯罪的防范对策研究

快递作为广义物流的一种类型,无论是在人员管理还是货物配送流程方面均有其特殊性,由此引发的犯罪手段也千差万别。快递违法犯罪频发,即有相关法律法规不健全、快递公司内部管理问题、行业监管不力等原因,也有违法犯罪成本低、风险小、公安机关立案、打击困难等原因,还有普通民众防范意识薄弱等原因。针对问题存在的原因,应采取有针对性的防范措施和对策,防范此类违法犯罪的发生。

Countermeasures to Prevent Fraud in the Delivery

Express delivery as one kind of generalized logistics,there exist a particularity whether in personal management or in commodity divery process. Express market with lucrative returns and enormous market potential has attracted many domestic and foreign enterprises and entrepreneurs’ eyes, but also attracted the attention of offenders. This has caused a lot of fraud in the use of courier activities. These scams have seriously damaged the interests of consumers, ruined the reputation of courier companies and disrupted the market order. This paper aims to carry out a detailed analysis of such criminal acts, and then propose preventive measures to prevent and reduce the incidence of harmful consequences.
