A Survey and Reflections on the Personalities of the Criminal Police in the New Era

Personality is an important part of the overall quality of the police and it is related to the overall quality of the police team and fighting force related to the sustainable development of the criminal police team. The criminal police are under the high risk of personality disorder because of the characteristics of police high workload, high stress and high risk. Through the use of the professional psychological evaluation tools and the analysis of scientific data, the findings from the perspective of empirical data provides the first hand materials in order to understand the status and problems of the police＇s personality, to improve the management and quality of the team and to provide a scientific reference for the police＇s physical and mental health.
