我国少数民族流动人口变动趋势分析

全国人口流动规模持续增长,少数民族人口流动趋势引人关注。利用全国人口普查和抽样调查数据,结合地方经济发展数据,以人口移动转变理论为指导,对少数民族人口流动趋势分析认为,少数民族人口流动进程相比全国人口滞后15年或更多,今后还会持续增长。流入地政府尤其是东部城市流入地政府对此应有所准备,积极做好社会服务管理创新。

An Analysis of the Flux Tendency of the Minority Floating Population in China

With the rapid increase of the floating population in our nation, people begin to pay more attention to the minorities. According to the data of the national census, the sample survey, the local development data and the theory of mobility transition, the analysis of the flux tendency of the minority floating population shows that the progress of the minority floating population has lagged behind that of the whole country for at least 15 years. The governments of the inflow, especially the governments of eastern cities shall be well prepared for this situation and advance social management innovation actively.
