The Research on the Countermeasures against Drug Trafficking by Express Delivery

Along with the rapid development of market economy, China＇s express industry has advanced by leaps and bounds. Express service brings great convenience to production and living, however, it also becomes a new channel for drug trafficking. Ineffective industry regulation, weak anti-drug publicity and absence of accountability mechanisms are major problems at present. It is necessary to establish and perfect the reward and punishment mechanism, promote express delivering real-name registration, strengthen market access and industry regulation and improve the ability of finding and cracking down on the drug trafficking in the express delivery industry.
