| 摘 要： | Abstracts Non-Traditional Concept of Overall National Security LIU Yuejin [Abstract] At the turn of the century, China officially proposed the ＂new security＂ concept, with ＂mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality and cooperation＂ as its core. However, by touching upon the non-traditional security methods of external security, this concept excludes internal security and other traditional and non-traditional security issues. In this regard, it is a low form of non-traditional security concept. In comparison, the ＂overall national security outlook＂ proposed by President Xi Jinping, with its aim targeted at improving people＇s safety, not only shows the non-traditional aspect of the overall national security, but also integrates both traditional and non-traditional security.
