大学生政治社会化过程中的隐性民主教育探析

隐性民主教育是提高大学生政治社会化有效性的必要手段，同时也是使大学生接受并践行民主理念、形成民主政治所需要的政治人格的必要途径。高校进行隐性民主教育，管理部门应创造更多的机会让广大学生参与民主管理，践行民主管理；教师应以自身言行，向广大学生示范民主平等的理念；同时，要努力构建民主和谐的校园文化。

Analysis on Relieve Education on Democracy During the Course of College Students' Political Socialization
