中国律师行业管理体制研究

中国加入WTO,对政府转变职能提出了更紧迫的要求。律师业管理也应适应入世要求,根据律师的职业属性和行业协会的特性,参照国际通行的做法,充分发挥律师协会的功能,进行行业自律管理。为此,应转变观念、健全内部机构,完善运行机制和管理体系,进行相应的制度建设。

On the Administrative System of Lawyer's Profession in China

China's entry into WTO leads to a more urgent demand for the functional change of the government .The management of the bar should also adapt to the corresponding demand of WTO .It should fully exert the function of the lawyers' association and carry out a self-strict management according to its professional attributes and characteristics, and referring to the general international practice. To achieve this , the lawyers' association should change its modes of thought, strengthen the internal structure, perfect its performing and managing system and carry on the systematic construction accordingly.
