| 摘 要： | 海洋环境保护离不开国际合作,其中联合国在这方面发挥了重要的作用.联合国不仅为海洋环境保护的国际合作提供了法律框架,还积极致力于各项制度和措施的落实,推动海洋环境保护的国际合作在各个领域的发展.同时联合国通过机制的完善,为各国参与海洋环境保护国际合作的进程提供了体制保障.对此我国应认真加以研究,以便更好地运用联合国提供的资源,在参与海洋环境保护国际合作的过程中维护我国的海洋环境权益.

| Abstract: | It is essential to consolidate the international cooperation for the protection of marine environment. Thereof, The United Nation plays an important role, for it not only provides the legal framework for the international cooperation, but takes effective actions to carry out the related measures to promote the level of international cooperation. Furthermore, the United Nation has gradually formed the operating system which the members could participate in the process of cooperation. We should strengthen the study of these aspects in order to fully use the resources provided by the UN, and preserlce the national benefits in marine environment through the international cooperation. |
