| 摘 要： | 要深刻理解“三个代表”的基本精神,首先必须搞清楚“代表”二字的科学含义。要贯彻落实“三个代表”的基本精神,最重要的是必须抓住“与时俱进”这个关键问题;必须抓住“保持党的先进性”这个核心问题;还必须抓住“执政为民”这个本质问题。
