| Abstract: | " Grass-roots mass self-governance system" was first integrated into the political systems with Chinese characteristics,which is vivid manifestation of constantly pushing forward socialist party political system improvement and development.And we must give full play to the role of the village committee,establish appropriate relations between the township and village so as to uphold and improve the system of autonomy in the rural grassroots masses. |
