| 摘 要： | 成人外语教学除了遵循外语教学的一般原则和规律外,还应充分考虑到成年人的心理特点和实际需要。党校系统应针对成人学员的外语学习特点和要求,结合自身办学的实际情况,充分挖掘自身潜力和办学资源,从教学理念、教学方式和教材内容三个方面做好外语教学的创新工作。

| Abstract: | Adults foreign language teaching should fully take the adults'psychologyical characteristics and practical needs into account in addition to following the general principle and law.In accordatce with the charac- teristics of adults foreign language learning,Party schools should fully tap the potentialities and resourees of their own in light of the practical educational condition,innovate the foreign language teaching in the three aspects of teaching notion,teaching methods and the contents of teaching material. |
