| 摘 要： | 知识产权在知识经济中的重要地位,决定知识产权资本化将成为21世纪一种格外引人瞩目的法律和经济现象.为保证知识产权资本运营安全,至少应当从知识产权出资主体的适格性考察和知识产权出资主体的法律承诺两个角度,来探索公司接受知识产权出资风险的法律防范措施.

| Abstract: | Capitalization of intellectual property is bound to be legal and economic events that turns heads,which can conclude from the important status of intellectual property in knowledge economy.In order to guarantee the capital operation of intellectual property rights to be safe,it is necessary to prevent corporations' risks of accepting intellectual property capitals from both the eligbility and the relative commitment of subjects of intellectual property investments point of view. |
