台湾食品安全监管体系的现状、问题及其发展趋势

台湾是大陆重要的食品进出口地区，有着较为完备的食品安全监管体系，但其有关食品安全监管的法令法规仍有不少的漏洞和模糊空间，台湾行政主管部门在食品安全卫生监管方面投入和经费、人力有限，使台湾食品安全监管体系存在众多的问题。未来，台湾当局将会提出新的食品安全管理法修订案，增强食品安全监管机构的执法能力，并加强与大陆在食品安全监管业务上的交流与合作，这有利于两岸在食品安全监管体系方面的共同完善和发展。

The Present Situation,Defects and Trends of the Food Safety Supervision System in Taiwan

Taiwan is a very important province in importing and exporting food. Taiwan has set up a com- plete food safety supervision system for long time, but there are some flaws in food safety law of this supervi- sion system. What~ more, the Taiwan authorities do not put enough funds and manpower in food safety super- vision. There are many problems in the food safety supervision system in Taiwan. In future, the Taiwan au- thorities will put forward a bill in food safety law, strengthen the food safety agencies and promote cooperation with mainland china in food safety supervision. This cooperation will be beneficial for mutual promotion in food safety supervision system for both sides of the Taiwan straits.
