市场化改革的道德维度

摘    要:市场经济具有内在的道德要求,但也会由于没有约束的趋利导向产生不道德的行为。由于中国市场化改革过程中出现了大量计划经济下不曾出现的不道德乃至突破道德底线的行为,使公众对于未来预期的不确定性、不安全感和不道德感增强,从而也产生了一些对于改革本身的怀疑和反对。因此,未来的市场化改革必须具有明确的道德取向,更充分地体现权利、公正、功利原则,成为利益分享、公众参与、推动道德进步的改革。

Abstract:Although market economy has its ingenerate moral demand,there are also immoral conducts owing to pursuing benefit without the social restriction.Because so many phenomena came forth which were immoral even breaking through the moral base line and never exist in planned economy,the public sense of uncertainty,insecurity and immorality for the future were reinforced,and thereby some doubt and opposition on market reform appeared.Therefore,the intending market reform ought to has a clear morality direction,embody fully the principle of right,justice and benthamism,and become a moral reform which all the people will share its benefit and participate in.
