| 摘 要： | 新《刑事诉讼法》的颁布实施,使看守所的职能发生了一些变化。看守所应当严格履行法律赋予的职责,积极探索新的工作方式、方法,完善监管制度,从而保障刑事诉讼活动的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | The enactment and enforcement of New Criminal Procedure Law have changed the responsibilities of detention centers. The detention centers should strictly perform their duties empowered by laws, actively explore new work ways and methods and perfect the supervision mechanism so as to ensure the smoothness of the proceedings. |
