浅谈上海实有人口管理在基层警务工作中的实践与发展

Humble Comment on the Practices and Development of Policing Shanghai Population in First Line Units

With economy and society developing in our country, Shanghai population keeps increasing, people shift more frequently and more changes have occurred in population and residences, which challenges crime prevention in this mobile society. First-line units should act on the requirement that the management should cover both population and residences, take into consideration realities in respective jurisdictions, innovate management modes, establish or perfect effective working mechanisms.
