| 摘 要： | 当前,工会组织要以自身的工作实际,切实贯彻实践江泽民总书记提出的"三个代表"重要要求,就必须以维护职工群众合法权益为基本权益,尤其是要特别关心那些处于弱势地位的工人群众,维护其合法权益,解决好他们遇到的问题,做好他们的工作.

| Abstract: | At present, trade union should carry out the three representatives practically which was brought forth by General Secrefary Jiang Zhe - min,according to the reality of their work,trade union must protect the legal rights and interests of all staff and members, care for the workers weak group in particular, solve the problems they countered with, do the work well of themselves. |
