| 摘 要： | 符合法制要求和市场条件的保卫工作的本质特征之一是保卫人员的职业化,而实施"保卫职业资格证书"制度就是职业化的关键一环.由于种种原因,长期以来全国没有相应的保卫职业的标准体系.在此,我们研究了上海推行"保卫职业资格证书"制度的可行性,研究了实施"保卫职业资格证书"制度中的保卫职业培训的条件、内容和手段等.

| Abstract: | The essential character of security work according with the demands of the legality and market is oc-cupational classification of guards.However,it is the crux of the matter to enforcement the system of guards'profes-sional credentials.Owing to all kinds of reasons,the standard system of credentials has not taken shape throughoutthe country for a long time.Therefore,we have studied the feasibility of guards'professional credentials system andimplementing regulations which including training condition,training content,training means and so on. |
