| 摘 要： | 邓小平以世界历史的眼光和高度的智慧创造了既具有时代精神又具有中国特色的发展理论。邓小平发展理论具有“五统一”的特质,即主动性和能动性的统一、世界性和民族性的统一、非均衡和均衡的统一、经济发展和全面发展的统一、手段性与目的性的统一。
