| 摘 要： | 当前群体性事件频频发生，已经成为影响社会稳定的突出问题。努力控制群体性事件的发生条件的出现，对于预防群体性事件的发生具有重要意义。预防群体性事件的措施主要有：大力推行信息公开制度；拓宽民意渠道；培训专门人才，提高警察控制水平。
