| 摘 要： | 本文从负责高校学生管理领导者的角度结合工作实际认真感知以胡锦涛总书记为核心的新一代中央领导集体对教师、教育工作者的亲切关怀和殷切期望,并通过对这种感知的最佳践行者孟二东的榜样确立,对新的历史条件下的高校辅导员的工作重要性提出了自己的见解。
