| 摘 要： | 在解释《政府信息公开条例》第2条时,应结合该条例确立的审查机制进行利益衡量,同时,要与《保守国家秘密法》、《档案法》等法律法规相协调.此外,还需要充分考虑对个人隐私、商业秘密的保护.只有这样,才能更好地界定“政府信息”的范围,推动我国政府信息公开的实践.
