| 摘 要： | 教学改革是教育改革的核心内容和重要环节。教学改革迈不开步子,就会影响教育改革的发展。辩论型教学模式是对传统教学模式的创新之举。针对传统课堂亟待改革的实际,就"辩论型"教学模式中教师的角色定位、"辩论型"教学模式的适用过程与教学方式、运用的效果等进行论述。

| Abstract: | Teaching reform is the core content and the important link of education reform,which will affects the development of education reform,if it can not be brought into operation.The application of teaching model with debate style is the innovation to the traditional teaching model.According to the actual situation which traditional class teaching model is urgent need to be reformed,this article elaborates the function and the way of class teaching model with debate style in law teaching. |
