| 摘 要： | 平安监狱建设，是构建社会主义和谐社会的具体体现，也是和谐社会的客观要求，在和谐社会的构建中起到不可替代的作用。因此，推进平安监狱建设，必须立足于监狱工作的实际，以实现罪犯改造秩序的持续安全稳定为保障，维护社会秩序的稳定，更好地为构建社会主义和谐社会服务。

| Abstract: | Green prison construction plays an irreplaceable role in developing harmonious society, which is the concrete manifestation as well as the objective requirement of a harmonious society. Therefore, in order to achieve the sustained transforming criminals order, promoting the green prison construction must be based on the reality of the work, safeguard security and stability, maintain social order and stability, so as to provide better services for harmonious society. |
