| 摘 要： | 保障性住房对于当前解决中低收入群体的居住需求、抑制我国过快上涨的房价发挥了重要的作用。但是,我国保障性住房建设中也存在一定的问题,阻碍了这一民生工程的顺利进行。本文分析了我国保障性住房建设存在的主要问题,并提出了一些对策措施。

| Abstract: | It has played an important role in resolving the housing problems of the middle and low-income groups in city and cap rising housing prices interiorly.However,there are a lot of problems under the construction of the low-income housing projects,which impede the development smoothly of the livelihood projects.This paper analyzes the existing problem under the construction of the low-income housing projects,and proposes remedial measures for solves the issue. |
