| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下,企业财务风险是客观存在的.财务风险划分为筹资风险、投资风险、资金回收风险、收益分配风险和外汇风险.我国企业财务风险的成因有环境因素,更多的是企业财务管理方面的因素.企业可以通过建立财务机制,加强财务管理,采用技术方法,积极防范企业财务风险.

| Abstract: | Under the conditions of the market economy, the financial risks of enterprises are objective realities. Financial risks are divided into fund-raising risk, investment risk, the risk of the returns on investment, income distribution risk and exchange risk. Although environment is a factor of the risks coming into being, yet the financial management of enterprises is a major factor. Enterprises need to take precautions against the risks by establishing a financial mechanism, strengthening financial management and taking technological measures. |
