| 摘 要： | 北京奥运会的举办不但促进了北京经济社会的发展，而且将为北京乃至中国留下丰厚的“物质遗产”和“精神遗产”，其中志愿者工作遗产就是其中重要部分之一。奥运志愿者工所带来的志愿者管理体系、管理经验、服务体会以及纪念标识等遗产，如果能够通过研讨交流、传播感染、基地建设等等方式进行及时转化，将成为中国志愿服务事业发展的宝贵资源。

| Abstract: | The Beijing Olympic Games will not promote the economical and social development of Beijing, but leave behind plentiful material and spirit legacy,which's important element is that of volunteer work. As legacies,the management system,service experience,and memento icons of Olympic volunteers will become valuable resources for the development of volunteer service in China. |
