领导决策风格量表的修订与应用研究

领导者的决策风格是领导班子配置的重要依据。罗的决策风格量表是目前国际上使用较为广泛的决策风格量表之一。本项研究依据心理测量学的有关原理和罗的决策风格量表编制的有关理论 ,从我国国情出发 ,对罗的决策风格量表进行了修订 ,并根据各类决策风格与人的个性因素之间的关系 ,对修订后的领导决策风格量表进行信度和效度的检验 ,为领导人才的开发提供了有用的工具

A Study of the Scale of Decision-Making Style:Its Revision and Application

The decision making style is an important basis for the making up of leading bodies.Rowe's scale is among the most widely used.Based on the principles of psychometrics and the theory for Row's scale,the present paper tries to revise it so as to suit the condition of our country.Examining the relationship between different decision making styles and personality factors,the paper also tests the reliability and validity of the revised edition to provide a useful instrument for the development of human resources.
