| 摘 要： | 经济全球化已经成为一个不争的真实，而作为其载体的跨国公司为全球化的推进起到了不可替代的作用。同时，跨国公司的全球扩张也给民族国家带来了挑战。民族国家在保持自身传统化的特有价值的同时，要对世界的普遍价值有一种高度的认同感，只有这样，才能在全球化的浪潮中保持不败之地。
