依法治国的宪政分析

依法治国的核心与实质是依宪治国,法治与宪法和宪政有着天然的联系。法治的基本要求是通过规范和限制政府的权力,以保障公民权利,而这一目标,只有在宪政条件下,才能真正完全地实现。法治的落实,首先要求有一部合乎宪政精神的宪法,只有在宪政条件下的法治,才是完善的法治;只有宪政保障的法治,才是真正的法治,只有实行宪政,才能真正推动法治的发展,实现依法治国的目标,我国已经开始了“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”的进程,要实行法治,就必须坚定地贯彻实施宪法,实行宪政。
