中国建立信任措施的实践与展望

20世纪90年代以来,中国借鉴西方国家建立信任措施的模式,吸收中华文化思想内涵,从政治、经济、军事、外交、文化等多方面建立国家间、国家与地区性组织或机制间的信任措施。到90年代末期,中国在建立信任措施方面取得成果,确立了一系列信任机制。未来,中国进一步强化信任措施建设力度,为构建和谐国际关系、营造周边安全环境、树立负责任大国形象和争取更长的战略机遇期提供必要的保证。
