未经注册取得医师执业证书的实习医师非法行医问题研究

The study of the issue of illegal practices medicine of interns without qualification for practicing medicine

During their clinical internship, interns, as a special group, are confronted with the risk of being illegal and controversy because of many divergences between the law and practice. Therefore, once a medical accident happens, interns always become the first one to be responsible. So, whether the practices of interns without the qualification for practicing medicine are illegal or not？ This article will theoretically analyse and prove the issue combining with related cases, in order to relieve the physician-patient relationship and to understand and trust each other more.
