| 摘 要： | 犯罪情报评估制度不仅可以极大地促进犯罪情报搜集工作的开展,而且能为建立高质量的犯罪情报系统把好第一关,是犯罪情报工作流程中不可或缺的环节。而我国由于犯罪情报评估制度的缺失,犯罪情报工作出现了一系列问题。借鉴香港地区犯罪情报评估制度的先进经验,对完善我国犯罪情报工作流程具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | The evaluation system of criminal information not only remarkably accelerates the criminal information collection work but guards the first pass for establishing a high-quality criminal intelligence system,so it is an inevitable link in the process of criminal intelligence.Nevertheless,a series of problems occur due to the lack of the evaluation system of criminal information in our country.Therefore,to use the advanced experiences from Hong Kong evaluation system of criminal information is of great significance for improving our working process of criminal information work. |
