| 摘 要： | 自建国以来,我国对公有制和私有制的问题就一直处在不断的摸索中。改革开放以来,私有制经济在我国发展得轰轰烈烈,大有超过公有经济的势头。在21世纪的新中国我们更要合理科学利用私有制,为社会主义和谐社会的建设做出更大的贡献。
