| 摘 要： | 侵犯著作权犯罪在刑法学和犯罪学上具有不同的意义.对侵犯著作权犯罪的防治,可以通过加强公民的著作权保护意识、加强犯罪人预防和被害预防工作、完善著作权保护体系,以达到对著作权的法律保护.

| Abstract: | The crime of infringement on copyright has different meaning in criminal law and criminology. In order to achieve the legal protection of copyright, this paper concluded several preventive measures against the crime in the following areas, to raise the citizen's awareness of protecting copyright,to strengthen the work of anticrime as well as prevention of being infringed,to improve the protection system. |
