| 摘 要： | 建立公安队伍管理长效机制的基本内容主要表现在八个方面 ,即教育训练机制、工作运行机制、绩效考核机制、表彰奖励机制、竞争激励机制、配套管理机制、监督制约机制、警务保障机制。在建设过程中应遵循六大原则 ,把握建设的方法和途径。
