| 摘 要： | 依据中国地方政府创新实践,本文把中国服务型政府的建设概括为四种模式:发展型模式,主张政府服务为经济发展保驾护航;保障型模式,强调公共服务对于社会稳定的重要性;参与型模式,认为政府管理和服务中应有更多的社会参与;竞争型模式,主张在公共服务领域引入市场机制。

| Abstract: | According to Chinese local government reforms,this paper sorts theme into four models: develop-oriented government model that claims the importance of economy development,ensure-oriented model that insists the importance of social stabilization,participate-oriented model that emphasizes the importance of social participation in public service,and compete-oriented model that alleges the importance of market mechanism in public service. |
