| 摘 要： | 依法治国理念具有十分丰富的内涵,其基本含义是依据法律而不是个人的旨意管理国家和社会事务,实行的是法治而不是人治;尊崇法律面前人人平等。其核心是确立和实现以宪法和法律为治国的最具权威的标准,严格做到依法办事。
