我国隐私权保护应该入宪

隐私权属于基本人权。现代信息社会公权力是隐私权的最大侵犯主体。对隐私权的宪法保护已呈一种国际化发展趋势,我国对隐私权保护也应该入宪。目前我国人权保护对隐私权观念的缺乏造成其法律保护空缺。中国隐私权的法律保护可以站在宪法的高度进行完善。

Protection of Right of Privacy should be Included in the Constitution in China

Right of privacy belongs to one of the basic rights of human beings. Nowadays social public power has become the main offense of right of privacy. It has been increasingly becoming an international trend to protect right of privacy by constitution. So the protection of right of privacy should also be enacted in the constitution. Owing to the lack of strong awareness of right of privacy, this problem has not yet been solved but hoped to settled urgently.
