| 摘 要： | 近代意义的中国法律史学科萌生以来,"法制史"、"法律发达史"、"法律史"经历了一个演变的过程。今天重新审视其历史的轨迹,体会其内在的关联,对促进中国法律史学科的建设与发展,有一定的意义。
