| 摘 要： | 在新的起点上进一步引领和繁荣法学研究,必须认真学习贯彻党的十六届六中全会精神,认清形势,明确任务,不断采取切实有效的措施,创新、深化、拓展组织推动法学研究的体制和机制建设,同时还要建设一支高素质的法学研究队伍。只有这样,才能更好地在构建社会主义和谐社会的伟大实践中作出新贡献,为迎接党的十七大胜利召开营造良好的法治环境。

| Abstract: | In order to guide and flourish legal research further on the new starting point we must study the spirits of Party's sixth conference,see the situation clearly and make our duty definite,do hard work around the theme of constructing socialist harmonious society;adopt effective measures to update,deepen and widen the systematic construction of organizing and pushing legal research;at the same time try to build up a high-quality legal researching army.Only through these we can make new contribution to the great project of constructing a socialist harmonious society and build a better legal environment to welcome the opening of Party's Seventeenth Congress. |
