| Abstract: | We should put the construction of legal culture to the same important position of the system reform in the process of ruling a state according to law and building a socialist country of rule by law. This article analyses the reasons of lacking factors of rule by law in China's legal culture and the negative effects of China's traditional legal culture in the process of ruling a state according to law and at the same time it probs into the construction of the legal culture suiting the aim of socialist country of rule by law. |
